Megan brings a wealth of experience and love to Kanuka Yoga Space; she received her yoga training and health/wellness education at Wellpark College and we love her calming presence in the studio.
Drawing inspiration from nature is a big part of Megan's mindset and teaching which is a big reason we feel Yin/Yang is such a good fit for her style; nature is always a balance of both.
What Is Yin/Yang Yoga?
Yin/Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses (Yin) with more dynamic sequences and standing postures (Yang).
